Mountain Report

This winter, like many others, was a wild ride. Our season kicked off with a bang, thanks to over 5 inches of fresh snow on opening day, setting the tone for a season filled with diverse weather, the grand opening of the Timbertown Quad, the exciting addition of South Peak terrain, and so much more.
Throughout the winter, we continued to leverage the state's most powerful snowmaking system, offering the best possible conditions. Just as we finished our last snowmaking session in March, Mother Nature decided to rejoin the party, dumping an impressive 52 inches of snow that month. It was the ideal snowy send-off for a stacked lineup of spring events.
A huge thank you goes out to our amazing team and dedicated guests for making it a season we won't forget. We're already buzzing with excitement for next winter! In the meantime, were gearing up for summer, see you May 25.

Reopening May 25

The snow is melting, and our teams are gearing up for a busy summer. The bike park and gondola skyride will be opening for summer operations on May 25. Keep an eye on the Mountain Report for more updates as we get closer to opening weekend.

New Lift Announcement
Loon, in partnership with RiverWalk Resort and South Peak Resort, will build a new pulse-movement gondola lift beginning spring 2025. Get all the details here.
